Local Austin chef and restaurateur Teresa Wilson wanted a place where diners can get well-executed, wholesome food that is simple yet more sophisticated than a typical casual restaurant. Teresa realizes that we live in a world where people have busy schedules and may not have the time to cook for themselves or their families. She also realized that there really wasn’t a place where you could get well-prepared and wholesome foods ready to go for the public. Through many years of experience in the restaurant industry, Teresa has refined her cooking skills through various styles, flavors and cuisines.
A sampling of what is on their menus…The Lunch menu if you’re looking for a delicious sandwich: Try the Shrimp Po’Boy – fried shrimp with smoked tomato aioli and cabbage slaw served with french fries…or the Geraldine Sandwich – grilled chicken breast, bacon, muenster cheese, tomato, lettuce, red onions & pickles with an avocado aioli served with french fries…or a Classic Hamburger made with Wagyu Beef served with french fries.
On the dinner appetizer menu you’ll find Fried Shrimp with smoked tomato aioli and coleslaw and Roasted Cauliflower with your choice of churried lemon garlic or cilanto mint yogurt…On the entree menu there’s Fried Chicken with buttermilk biscuits, fried egg, bacon, cheddar and gravy….or maybe the Mexican Meatloaf with smoked tomato potatoes, garlic green beans, queso and tortilla strips. And, for dessert try a Chocolate Soufflé or the Brûlée of the day!
