Dave Clinton the DR Horton Sales Manager, in 2015 concentrated on Realtor relations and other special projects and had quite a hand in the extravaganza held at the Renaissance Hotel on January 4, 2018.
Prizes beyond comprehension were awarded throughout the luncheon with the final big win of a $7,500 trip to Hawaii! Our table was the lucky table with 4 out of 9 Coldwell Banker agents card drawn from a hat (there was no collusion on stage)! I had so much fun in the whirling tunnel grabbing $$$! One of my co-works won what was left in the tunnel after 5 of us had a chance and was very happy with her winnings!
We were excited to hear Jody Conradt, former head coach of girl’s basket ball at UT. She is a dynamic woman and a pioneer who gave credibility to her sport during the 31 years as head coach with the Longhorns.
Eldon Rude with 360 Real Estate Analytics talked on the outlook for 2018 in our housing industry in Austin which looks very robust! Its going to be another challenging year producing enough new construction to keep up with demand.
