The first week in 2018 is over and what a way to kick of the year! Two of my buyers are officially under contract, one is having inspections this afternoon! I went on a listing appointment last week and have 3 this week. My open house yesterday was very busy with some good prospects. Geno is finally turning the corner with a bruised toe he received when he slipped in the shower over New Years. Hasn’t been able to put any weight on his right foot until Saturday :).
