The square foot size of the homes sold was 57% higher than in 2016. The rise in the sold price was due to the larger homes sold. The one home on the market was on for 368 days which threw the days on market numbers off.
Many bargain shoppers were out looking in December just like car shoppers do! 3 homes received offers and came to terms right before Christmas.
