UNDER CONTRACT ~ December 2017 in Canyon Creek ~ Sorry, Too Late!

The price was dropped and one very lucky buyer has scooped this one up 3 days before Christmas! Congratulations to another Austin buyer on their way to owning their own home because they were ready to make an offer when their Realtor® found the right property for them. The one constant in the NorthWest Austin TX real estate market is buyers are out with their agents in force looking for the perfect property to call home!

My sellers in Canyon Creek reached out to me to list their home because of my dominant position in listing homes in the Canyon Creek subdivision. The house has been under contract twice (once with a buyer who never did inspections and got cold feet and once with an investor who was only interested in their bottom line) and this makes the third…they say the third time is the charm.

Inspections are completed and repairs negotiated today, on to the appraisal which should not be an issue. Hopefully all goes well with the early February close date.
