I had the pleasure of selling this home to my sellers in 2013. They added a pool to this lovely greenbelt lot along with hardwood floors in the master and various other changes. There was no plan of moving as they intended to stay in this home until their younger children graduated from High School. Job opportunity knocked on the door and they found themselves relocated to CA.
Their first call was to me and I went right over. We strategized the price, they met with my favorite stager Brian Morris with Brian David Design, their windows were professionally cleaned along with a though deep cleaning and a photo shoot was set up with my favorite professional photography company Virtuance. Several open houses were planned and the home was under contract in 26 days!
