December 15, 2017 was the Northwest Montessori Holiday Program for Handsome Hudson and Beautiful Beckett’s classes. We always love to go because the kids are so enthusiastic, they know all their songs and belt them out for all to hear!
Their classes are diverse with many cultures therefore the program always includes songs from around the world for all the parents, extended family and friends to hear. This year Hudson and Beckett were excited to preform and definitely nailed their part of the performance!
The program always concludes with the children singing their school song and the audience singing with them. The children love their song and I can see why..it embodies what Montessori School is all about.
The Battle Hymn of the Republic is the tune:
Northwest Montessori is the best school of all!
We’ve got the pep even though we are small
We want to sing so the whole world can hear
Our song of praise for the school we love so dear.
Math, Language, science and geography –
That’s what we learn at our Montessori!
Northwest Montessori, where we learn the way
To be brighter boys and girls in every way!
