At my suggestion they scheduled an independent inspector who specializes in construction homes for a pre-sheet rock and pre-walk though inspection. What piece of mind…there were very few items noted on the report and all corrected easily before closing.
Build time was exactly as they predicated.We were promised closing would be in December and they made it happen! Proper expectations were set and 
they exceeded our expectations.
I listed their home last spring in Canyon Creek which sold quickly and they purchased a rental through my representation to live in until the construction on their home was complete. I’m representing the buyer’s sister and brother-in-law on a Taylor Morrison home next door. They took longer to make selections as they were on vacation so their home will close the end of January. They will share in the care of their mother who will live in both houses! Their uncle flew all the way from India to be her on this auspicious day!
