The Rome Cavalieri Hotel is now the Waldorf Rome Cavalieri Hotel and it’s still charming! After a long flight to Rome we stayed for 4 days before our Mediterranean cruise. It was a nostalgic trip visiting our favorite restaurants and haunts in Rome. The setting of the Cavalieri is spectacular! It’s perched high above Rome on 15 acres of private Mediterranean gardens with panoramic views including the Dome of Saint Peters. It’s an oasis of calm and only a short ride to the heart of Rome and its historical sights. The pool is pristine and quiet. It nourished our bodies from the long flight. ..Ahhhh…paradise………
