Two years ago my sellers contacted me when thinking of moving. We stayed in touch after I presented a market analysis explaining a new analysis would be needed when they decided to sell. As it turned out their company requested them to relocate and offered a relocation package with SIRVA Relocation. I’m certified to handle relocation properties so they registered me and I was awarded the listing.

I filled out the relocation BMA and scheduled my favorite stager Brian Morris with Brian David Design for a consultation. There were numerous things he requested of them so two weeks later professional photographs were taken. It was well worth the effort because after a couple of open houses we negotiated multiple offers and the house closed to a wonderful family in the community who needed a larger home. I love it when a good match happens!
