It was hot, hot hot in Austin this week-end! I came to terms on repairs for my latest listing, showed property Saturday and had dinner with Geno and some favorite friends downtown for dinner celebrating their anniversary and my birthday that fall on the same day. Sunday was a fun birthday celebration with a pool party and the whole family! I admit we went to be early:). Some how it’s Monday morning the last day of July. Customer: “Hi. I need some help figuring out this thing. I’m not very familiar with electronics.” *pause* “YOU’RE A FRAUD AND I’M GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RIGHT NOW!”
Support: “Excuse me, sir, I don’t believe that’s necessary. How can I help you?”
Customer: “Oh, my friend said you’d only be useful if I scared you. How do I charge my unit?”
