A couple of weeks ago I and some others were taken out to the Texas Hill Country Olive Company. You heard me right a company in Texas who produces wonderful Olive oil! I was amazed at the fields of mature olive trees and the actual streamlined production of some of the best tasting olive oil I’ve eaten!
