My sellers called me last summer when they first began considering selling their home. We met and I went over a comparable analysis on there home and offered suggestions for things needed to be completed before putting their home on the market. I gave them a list of pre-inspection items to help on maintenance items and we went over some updating ideas. They felt it might be one or two years before moving forward.
