My sellers reached out to me to help them purchase a new construction Taylor Morrison home in Crystal Falls and sell their current home in Canyon Creek! Their friends reached out to me at the same time so I’m fortunate to be representing both families. Their desire was to build next door to each other so after much wavering on lot and floor plans it was settled and wrote the contract with the builder.

They knew they wanted to take advantage of the spring market to sell their home. We poured over comparable sales and priced accordingly to current market conditions. The photo shoot with my favorite professional photographer was scheduled on a Friday with the expectation of coming on in the MLS on Monday.

I placed a “Coming Soon” rider on my sign and the calls started coming in. The result: an accepted contract after 4 days on market. Today inspections are taking place and tomorrow the appraiser is scheduled. Working through to a smooth closing with a good agent on the other end representing the buyers!
