I’ve been working with my buyers for a year to find a floor plan in Canyon Creek that features 5 bedrooms with a master and secondary bedroom and full bath down. Last week the right floor plan on the right lot and street came on the market early in the morning. I text my clients and we scheduled an appointment to view the new listing at 10 am. We submitted an offer and found 2 more offers came in immediately. We were all given a chance to submit our highest and best and won the bid with a clean offer!
Inspections were completed, repairs negotiated and on to the appraisal process! I’ll be listing my buyers home in three to four weeks. Their purchase is not contingent on them closing on a home. In this market it’s hard to win a bid with a contingent offer.
