Buyers who act decisively have the best opportunity to buy a property as quality deals sell fast in the North West Austin real estate market.

My sellers reached out to me to help them purchase a new construction home in Crystal Falls and sell their current home in Canyon Creek! They knew which builder and subdivision they wanted and already been out looking at greenbelt lots! We settled on a lot, floor plan and wrote the contract with the builder.

They knew they wanted to take advantage of the spring market to sell their home. We pored over comparable sales and priced accordingly to current market conditions. I scheduled my preferred stager Brian Morris with Brian David Design for a consultation and they followed his suggestions to a “T”. The photo shoot with my favorite professional photographer was scheduled on a Monday with the expectation of coming on in the MLS on Wednesday.

I placed a Coming Soon rider on my sign and the calls started coming in. I emailed several agents especially some who were not successful in my last listings with multiple offers. Bingo the right offers were tendered and the result: an accepted contract after 1 day on market. We are on to inspections and hopefully a smooth closing with a good agent on the other end representing the buyers!
