Our NW Austin Coldwell Banker United office commits each year to raising money to donate to the American Cancer Society. Since 2005 our office has donated over $81,000! Our 2017 Luncheon and Silent Auction is coming in over $2,900 and counting!
We’ve all been touched by someone we know and care about whose suffered through this dreaded disease called cancer. Our President of Coldwell Banker United is a four times cancer patient plus many agents and spouses. We believe in giving back to our community, friends and neighbors and this is one of the ways we try and make a difference.
Cassandra Richards from the American Cancer Society comes each year to speak with us and join in the festivities! We make a fun event for lunch…everyone contributes $10 to the American Cancer Society and brings a dish to share. Many silent auction items are donated from our favorite vendors as well as agents in the office. The silent auction begins and so much fun is had by all participating!!
From Great UT Football tickets to a grab bag of assorted champagnes (perfect for an impromptu party with neighbors and friends)! I know I had fun bidding and love my winnings!
Through charitable contribution of our time, resources and expertise we continue our pledge to our core values through the passion and energy of our diverse team members in our office!
