We met, discussed where to look to build and reviewed comparable sales in Canyon Creek. First we found a subdivision and builder they were thrilled with and went under contract on a new construction home. This defined when they would come on the market with their current home. After reviewing what was needed to ready the house for market my seller decided to move out, hired a good crew to remove wall paper, paint, etc. They hired my favorite stager Brian Morris with, Brian David Design, to stage their home and I scheduled a photo shoot with my favorite professional photographer. My sellers accepted a contingent offer, inspections were completed and repairs negotiated. The buyer removed their contingency and we are moving on to closing!
