The design for Fado’s is an Irish Country Cottage Pub derived from a traditional stone-built style of an Irish country home. Featured in Fado’s are cobblestone floors and a fireplace. In Fado’s the food is as important as the drink and all items are made fresh in-house. Whether you just want to stop in for a snack or a full meal, quality is what you’ll get at Fado’s.
They have a comprehensive quality program called “From Gas to Glass” that gives you the best pint of draught beer in town. High quality wines and seasonal cocktails are also available at Fado’s. So put on some green and come on over to Fado’s to check out their menu – for Starters there’s Cheese Dip & Wedges – creamy cheddar & pepper jack cheese topped with pico, served with boxty wedges; and of course the Big Soft Pretzel – a freakishly big Bavarian pretzel with whole grain mustard and cheese sauce.
Feel like a sandwich? On the Between The Buns menu you’ll find Chipotle Chicken Tinga – shredded chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, pickled jalapenos and avocado served with a spicy tomato sauce for dunking or try the Fadó Pub Burger with grilled Angus beef, smoked cheddar, whiskey bacon marmalade, fried egg, arugula and tomato on a pretzel roll.
If you ‘re in the mood for something more, on the Entrée menu there’s Mojo Chicken Boxty – a savory potato pancake wrap (traditional to rural Ireland) filled with black beans, corn, brown rice and a light citrus garlic sauce, topped with an avocado crema. Since we’re talking Irish Pub here, try the Fish & Chips with wild caught cod with crispy chips, tartar sauce and coleslaw, or the Shepherd’s Pie with ground beef and vegetables in a rich sauce with colcannon, served with kale & barley salad and Guiness cheddar bread. Dessert choices include the Fado Brownie with Guiness Ice Cream topped with whipped cream, pecans, caramel and chocolate sauce; or some Harvest Bread Pudding – a flavorful pudding with apples, cinnamon, sugar and walnuts topped with vanilla ice cream & caramel sauce.
