Happy President’s Day! Many of you will be taking the day off. I was hoping to but looks like I’ll have a busy day. I have a new listing being staged, need to collect earnest and option money checks for a listing that went under contract Saturday. I have inspections on a home my buyer has under contract and I will show a home later today. Customer: “How do you fix Debian?”
Tech Support: “Depends on what the problem is. What are some of the issues you’re having?”
Customer: “I paid $700 for it! It should work PERFECTLY!”
Tech Support: “Ma’am, Debian is free. If you paid $700 for it, all that means is that you’re an idiot.”
Customer: “Really?”
Tech Support: “Yep. Anything else I can do for you?”
