Thank you Liz and Bill Spear for hosting the 2017 February 2017 Challenge: What I love about my Job. Considering romance is in the air with St. Valentine’s Day this month it’s a perfect time to express gratitude for our loved ones as well as for our jobs.
I have to admit being self employed I do not feel like I have a job! I operate a business and think of myself as a business manager in a real estate transaction whether I’m representing sellers or buyers. My success depends on listening to the goals and objectives of my clients and effectively communicating the process.
I enjoy learning about my buyer’s needs and seller’s goals to guide them through a successful transition in life. Taking time at first meeting and asking the right questions about their needs, expectations and best way to communicate sets the tone for creating the “experience” I want them to embrace while working with me.
My goal is to provide extraordinary promise of value and offer my depth of knowledge and passion to all clients. Marketing to a niche area has its benefits. Many know me before our first meeting because I’m visible in the community and they are familiar with my signs, statistical reports and community events I sponsor. They already know my love for my family and community where I live through my blogging. My reputation of honesty and the “go to source” for all things real estate precedes me.
My word is my bond and I believe all things are possible with effort. I’m known for crossing my; T’s and dotting my I’s through systems I have in place. Following through with immediate communication and going above and beyond creates trust and builds credibility.
Creating trust..building a reputation..and the business that follows is what my work is all about..rinse…lather and repeat!
