While on our family southern Caribbean cruise over Christmas we enjoyed the shows and after show fun! One night they offered Silent Disco!!! With 2 granddaughters who love to dance we found ourselves experiencing something new and different…Silent Disco!! We procured headsets and learned we could dial up three types of music and adjust our head sets to the colors of the beat! Green – Hits of all Decades, Red – Musica Latina and Blue – Top hits with DJ Sasha.
Of course everyone hearing a certain beat was into the pulse of their music. It was exciting to see 3 different rhythms gyrating in the same room only distinguished by the color beaming on their headphones! When you removed the headphones the room offered no live music sounds, just exhilarating smiles and plenty of movement!
Our world is an amazing place…full of many nationalities, thought processes, genders yet we can and do each move to a different beat! It’s miraculous we can all enjoy this ride we call life harmoniously integrated!
P.S. I did find out returning to Austin we have an Austin Silent Disco and am sure it would be fun to book for a party! Great fun for an office party…just saying….
