I sold this home to my seller in 2011. Due to some exciting changes happening in her life she found the need to sell her home. We met and reviewed the comparable sales and agreed to list according to current market conditions. I sent my favorite stager, Brian Morris, out for a consultation.

A neighbor got wind of the upcoming listing and called their Realtor® to contact me. They immediately made an offer before we were ready to go on market. The transaction culminated in another home sold with a good qualified buyer who was able to quickly make a decision and is reaping the rewards for their quick actions!
