Highland Homes builds a superb home and I encouraged my buyers to look at the existing inventory of single story homes in the Reagan’s Overlook Subdivision in Leander TX (one of my favorite communities) once their home went under contract with a cash buyer in NW Austin.
We found the perfect single story and met with Larry Schuler the representative with Highland Homes to write the offer. He had an answer back immediately with the management and we negotiated a win/win for all parties. Larry was a jewel to work with throughout the transaction. We closed the day after they closed on their existing home with a lease back so they had time to move over a 6 day period.
