There is competition among real estate agents which is healthy, it makes us work harder. Each one of us needs to search down deep to understand who we are, what message we want to portray and how to articulate what we stand for in order to resonate with consumers.
We must decide how our marketing is going to communicate our intrinsic value. Each of us needs to delve into ourselves if we are going to understand how to create a brand that brings “top of mind” awareness of ourselves to our market area.
My Branding is an ongoing message which consistently is expounded by word and deed illustrating my core values. My goal is to provide extraordinary promise of value and offer my depth of knowledge and passion to all consumers. Love for my family and community where I live is understood by all who know me or have heard my name. My word is my bond and I believe all things are possible with effort. I’m known for crossing my i’s and dotting my t’s.
Choosing colors to display my message came from thoughtful research.
Red is for strength, energy, power, determination passion and desire
Blue is for depth and stability, trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence and truth.
Green is for growth, harmony, safety, stability and is the color of nature.
My “top of mind” presence in my market area has earned me the slogan “The most frequently hired Realtor in Canyon Creek.” Facts are facts. I know my community.
I’ve chosen this photo because it is what residents see every day as my signs go up and down in yards all over my community. It’s a familiar sight and one that keeps me “top of mind” in my market area!
