I Market me for the fall

Thank you Lauren Selinsky CRS ePro for a great contest! This exercise will ensure a strong finish for 2016. I’ve already been working my sphere and have 3-4 listings on the horizon for the first of September. I take my break the end of August but I always hit it hard for the fall market with lots of marketing.

 

1.    I’ve had an Instagram account and Twitter so thanks for making me work it! I posted and tweeted a sale I just closed in my farm area!

2.    I make a point to stay in touch with my farm area every month. Here is my e-newsletter for August. I like to keep it short and sweet and no more than 4 topics. I always get calls and emails after my e-newsletter goes out with referrals or asking about listing their homes. I wrote an offer yesterday from a call from my e-newsletter!

 3.     I’ve been farming Canyon Creek Subdivision in NW Austin for 22 years. The subdivision is a prestigious master planned community that boasts several parks, a Junior Olympic pool, tennis courts, nature trails, and top-notch public schools, close proximity to our lakes, major highways, employers, extensive entertainment and dining options. Now that Canyon Creek is completed, we enjoy 1,330+ home sites including 2 gated sections of single family condos and garden homes. I’m proud for family and friends to visit as they drive past our prominent entrance and into our well-manicured Boulevard with its majestic mature oaks and xeriscaped entrances to each section of our community. Our flowering crepe myrtles make quite the statement! Of course I love to show buyers our community..a perfect place for them to call home. ……

Every month I post monthly statistics for the real estate activity in Canyon Creek to my website CanyonCreekNews.com that I provide for the community.

I also provide quarterly reports that are delivered to each resident and also posted on CanyonCreekNews.com.
