It’s been a rainy week-end in Austin but we’ve needed every drop. We had a great time at Beautiful Beckett’s party..she turns 2 tomorrow! Date night with Geno was enjoyed and I wrote an accepted offer for my buyers on Saturday. I also came to terms on repairs for my buyers who wrote an accepted offer last week-end! I met with some sellers who are listing with me and coming on the market after Labor Day week-end. It’s still raining and it’s Monday morning. Join me for some tech support humor to start your day…….

Tech support: OK, You’ve got the CD in the CD drive, right?
Customer: Yeah….
Tech support: And what sort of computer are you using?
Customer: Computer? Oh no, I haven’t got a computer. It’s in the CD player and all I get is weird noises. Listen…..
Tech support: Aaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!
