Santa Catarina combines fresh ingredients with classic and new Mexican recipes to give you the best dining experience they can. From the farm and ocean, they give serve both interior and coastal favorites creating delicious dishes that are imaginative and flavorful. Every item on the menu is packed with incredibly rich flavors and you can actually taste the pride and passion that went into making it.
Some of what you’ll find on the menu: from the appetizer list – try the TOTOPOS CATARINA – Mexico City style nachos with crispy corn tortillas, covered with refried black beans, Monterrey cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, Mexican sour cream, queso fresco, jalapeno sauce, pickled red onions and jalapenos. From the grill there’s MAYITAS – Yucatan style fajitas, shrimp or chicken marinated in achiote and grilled served with beans, rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream and cheese. Or, try one of the house specials: COCHINITA PIBIL – their family recipe of slow cooked pork shoulder marinated in achiote and wrapped in a banana leaf; served with rice, black beans, guacamole, pickled onions and jalapeno creamy sauce. Then finish your meal off with some tres leches or flan and you’ve had a fantastic meal!
