No rain in Austin all week-end…..perfect weather, warm, sunny and blue skies! Spent Saturday with clients…almost ready to pull the trigger on a fantastic new construction home! Date night with Geno plus an awesome open house on Sunday and much needed time for fun in the sun with Geno. Here it is Monday morning! Customer: “Please help me; I don’t have a dial tone and I need to make a phone call.”
(The tech agent looks at the phone info and sees that it is currently being used. She looks at the caller ID and realizes it matches the customer’s telephone number.)
Tech Support: “Sir, are you calling from your phone right now?”
Customer: “Well, yes, how else would I be talking to you?”
Tech Support: “Sir, if you do not have a dial tone how did you call me from the phone?”
Customer: “Well, I don’t remember!” *hangs up*
