I haven’t forgotten my Tech post today just a little late entering! It’s been a busy week-end, my clients and I wrote an offer on a new construction home and my new listing received multiple offers Saturday! We are under contract. Date night Saturday evening with my Geno enjoying oysters and lobster bites was wonderful! Sunday started out with rain but cleared off in time for Handsome Hudson and Beautiful Beckett to go swimming! Don’t forget to pause at 3 pm today to remember all those who sacrificed so we can enjoy our freedoms today.
Here is some tech support humor to start your day:
(This agent works for a large cell phone provider.)
Tech Support: “Thank you for calling [Cell Phone Provider]. This is tech support. How may I assist you today?”
Caller: “Yes. Every time my phone rings and I try to answer it, my phone shuts off. It happens every time.”
Tech Support: “Well, that is pretty odd. Let me see if I can figure out what the issue with your handset is.”
(After spending almost an hour trying to look up account info and diagnose what could possibly be wrong with this woman’s phone with no luck, the agent is about to give up and replace the phone.)
Tech Support: “So that I can write up in your account what exactly is happening so we can replace your phone, what button are you pushing when trying to answer the phone?”
Caller: “The ‘Push When Ringing’ button.”
Tech Support: “I’m sorry, which button?”
Caller: “’Push When Ringing.’ You know? P-W-R.”
Tech Support: “I think I know the problem…”
