My buyer relocated from Chicago to be closer to family. She had been to Austin a number of times to visit but finally made the decision to make the move. Her son found me online and knew several who had used my services so recommended me. She called and I found several properties that could work. She flew to Austin…Ubered to a home she wanted to see to meet with me. I showed her 4 homes and we made an offer on one! Unfortunately our offer got beat out :(.
After flying back and finding her home was under contract we made an offer on her second choice. The offer was accepted and she flew in for closing, her truck arrived and she is unpacking!!
