Canyon Creek is one of the most desired communities in NW Austin. These figures include ALL properties including the gated sections of the Villas at Canyon Creek and The Enclave.
The market cooled in 2015 with homes on the market 60% longer. The market exists with a more controlled pace and low inventory. The average list to sell ratio is 96.86% down slightly from 98.76% in 2014! Many sellers continued to increase prices and quickly learned the buyers were not impressed and refused to make offers. It was time for the escalation of home prices to ease and the buyers were responsible for that correction. I’ve always said a house is really worth what a willing buyer is willing to pay. The buyers spoke and were heard!
