In order to arrive at a destination, one must travel through. It must be done in person so your presence is required. As Robert Frost said: “The best way out is always through.”
The holiday season for some is filled with fun activities for family and friends but for others the season is not so joyful and can be lonely. Be mindful and savor each moment. Be fully present and leave distractions (like your phones) at home. Luxuriate in the present moment and share memories and music. Music lifts and moves us and is universal!
