Reducing health and safety hazards are achieved by a weatherization process that includes a home energy assessment as well as testing for natural gas leaks and carbon monoxide. Recommendations are made based on the home energy assessment results and of course available funding.

There are some perimeters you will need to fall within such as a home smaller than 2,000 square feet, your house’s appraised value is less than $250,000 (excluding land value) and you meet income requirements.

• Solar Screens
• ENERGY STAR lighting retrofits
• Water efficiency improvements
