My sellers called me last spring as they wished to build a new home and to use me as their buyer’s agent. They had an idea of where they wanted to build and which builder. Once we settled on a community, lot and floor plan we sign off with a good builder and set a goal of when to put their home on the market in the fall.
I was the listing agent of their home when they purchased and they thought I would be the best agent to market their home in Canyon Creek. My favorite stager, Brian David Morris, consulted with them and they rented a storage unit for some oversized furniture, painted, scheduled window washers and a final cleaning. The photographer was scheduled and we introduced the home to available buyers looking in the NW Austin housing market.
