The owner of Fresh Heim, Soon Park, is a nutritionist, herbalist, pharmacist and a great cook. Soon takes her distinctive knowledge in food and health – she has been involved in health and nutrition for over 20 years; and combines that knowledge with her passion for healthy ingredients to the next level. Using only the highest quality and functional ingredients, she creates all the food, including their sauces, soups and juices along with the grilled chicken and pork.
If you’re a meat lover, Soon says not to worry! She has developed the right combination of steak or grilled meat with nutritionally chosen vegetables and fruits. Her sauces are made from functional ingredients and healthy teas and juices. What you will find on the menu for a lunch special: your choice of Sliced Beef Steak, Shrimp, Grilled Chicken or Pork served with a fresh salad and your choice of noodles or rice. Their main combination dishes could be Rib Eye or Sirloin Steak or a Grilled Chicken Breast served with your choice of wine or oriental sauce for the steak and mango or teriyaki sauce for the chicken, along with your choice of fresh salad or steamed veggies with your choice of sauce accompanied by a choice of noodles, potatoes or rice. One thing that takes diners by surprise is that the meal comes all on one plate – entrée, salad and fruit!
