What a fitting contest Dan Stewart is hosting for this time of year! With Thanksgiving right around the corner I’m feeling blessed and grateful for many things in my life. Anyone in real estate knows we live in a flux of constant change. The key is maintaining a balance in life so we can enjoy our successes and learn from our failures. If you are genuinely happy others recognize this and they are drawn to you like a magnet.
5 things I’m thankful for that impact my business:
1. Family – my husband Geno is there for me 100+%! He helps facilitate my business and keeps me grounded and moving in the right direction.
2. My Administrative Assistant Carol handles so many things for me…. She is my right arm. I could not continue handling the volume of business without her assistance.
3. The “go to people” on my team….my favorite photographer, stager, title company officers and marketing reps, lenders, inspectors, tech support, trusted vendors ie: painters, plumbers, etc. and of course my office Broker and Manager, all offer support. They help me sustain my top-notch service for all my clients!
4. I’m blessed to have clients who utilize my services time and again and refer their friends and family to me. My market area recognizes my commitment to our community and rewards me by supporting my business.
5. Social media has allowed me to reach more customers and keep my name “Top of Mind” in my market area and sphere of influence. Active Rain offered me the platform to introduce my market area to all those wanting to move to NW Austin. I’m able to provide rich content on our “hood” and showcase community events through videos and posts. I’ve learned from the best of the best in our industry across the country implementing new ideas which have enhanced my business.
