Cooler weather has come to Austin with plenty of rain on Friday and Saturday….. Lake Travis is 84% full!! My morning run on Sunday was delightful! Saturday my listing appointment to help a resident downsize and buy a new home went very well. Saturday date night with Geno was lovely..The Longhorns won and son John’s Clemson pulled off a good win! Negotiated a listing under contract and even did some Christmas shopping…life is good… now it’s Monday morning! (The customer has issues with accessing the internet and getting the standard ‘Internet Explorer cannot display this webpage’ error message. After doing various checks it turns out to just be a simple reset that is needed. Tech Support would normally check it by asking the customer to try going to various web pages.)
Tech Support: “So we’ve got Google up on the screen. That’s great. Okay, I want you to try going to BBC’s web page now.”
Customer: “What website?”
Tech Support: “Er, the address is www.bbc.co.uk.”
Customer: “How do you spell that?”
Tech Support: “Which part? ‘co?’”
Customer: “BBC.”
