It pays to keep Raising The Bar

I consider Barbara Todaro a marketing guru. I’ve adopted several of her worthwhile nuggets and applied them to my marketing efforts. My new rider “The most frequently hired REALTOR in Canyon Creek” has caught on and become a hit in my market area.

I read her post “Ballerina or Real Estate Agent / Stay on Your Toes and Be Confident” and was reminded when I mentor to always walk away with one new piece of information to use.

She is right, there is always someone better that we can learn from. By focusing more on learning and staying open to new ideas we can continue to raise the bar in our own business! In order to keep up with the competition we do have to be keener, sharper and have the confidence to try new ways to obtain business. It is the sign of a true champion!

This morning I’m serving on a panel for “Listing Focused, a candid discussion.” I’m planning on coming away with some new ideas..after all there are some good Top Listing agents sharing their listing secrets!
