Another fantastic week-end in Austin! Great weather, fun with friends for dinner, showing property, coming to terms on repairs on a listing , a listing going under contract..all good. We even witnessed the Blood Moon between our trees..so gorgeous in color!! How did it get to be Monday morning? Join me for some tech support humor to help start your day:
A customer is calling tech support because her computer isn’t working…
Tech Support: “Thanks for calling [store name]. How can I help you?”
Customer: “My internet won’t work! You have to fix it now! My business is losing hundreds of dollars thanks to you!”
Tech Support: “I certainly do apologize about that. Are the lights on?”
Customer: “Yes, but one’s flashing.”
Tech Support: “Okay, is the DSL cable plugged in securely?”
Customer: “DSL cable? There isn’t one of those!”
Tech Support: “Erm, okay. So, what cables do you have plugged into it?”
Customer: “I haven’t got any plugged into it! It said it was a wireless router! So I don’t need any wires, duh!”
Tech Support: “So… where is the router ma’am?”
Customer: “It’s in the filing cabinet, of course!”
