A great week-end! Beautiful Beckett turned one and we enjoyed her first birthday party! I came to terms on inspections for one buyer and negotiating on two other buyer repair requests. Sunday open house was slow with visitors but had the pleasure of visiting with a past client who is helping a friend find a home in the community and visiting with a new buyer client. Heading off to an inspection this morning, a birthday lunch for a dear friend and a closing this afternoon. Before I leave let’s take a minute and share a cup of your favorite brew and enjoy some tech support humor:
This is what a Tech Support agent heard while he was sitting next to a co-worker. He heard him take this call:
Coworker: It’s doing what? Ok, turn it off and unplug it. No, you need to turn it off. Yes, turn it off. No, turn it off now. Yes, right now. No, you REALLY need to turn it off right now.“
The tech support agents gets a call and misses the rest, but ask him about it afterward:
“His (laser printer) had six inch flames coming out of the output slot. He didn’t want to turn it off because it was still printing. And once he’d turned it off and the fire was out, he wanted to know if he could turn it back on and use it…”
