When you go are dining at Licha’s, they want you to feel like you are in their home. Their menu is prepared by a team of cooks who are passionate about serving you nothing but the best. It’s Mexican soulfood cooking that is inspired by the food they grew up with. All of the products made with masa are made fresh in-house daily. The proteins are brined and braised with a mixture of spices and herbs. Every dish includes garnishes that are not commonly seen and that offer a depth of flavor with each bite you take. There is a large selection of tequilas, mescals, sotoles and bacanoras for you to enjoy. Their friendly servers and bartenders are informed of the ingredients and components of each dish because of their original take on Mexican cuisines. So don’t hesitate to ask if you have a question! A sampling of their menu – Appetizers – Esquite: grilled corn, queso fresco, mayo, paprika and lime or try the Camote: roasted sweet potato, goat cheese, piloncillo-chipotle sauce, herb salad and pumpkin seeds. On the Plates menu – Cochinita Pibil: achiote braised pork, served in a clay pot with spicy pickled red onion, mango, guacamole, queso fresco with black beans, plantains and corn flatbread. Another popular plate is the Carne Deshebrada: orange pasilla braised brisket, served in a clay pot with onion, guacamole, escabeche crema with black beans, quesco fresco & corn flatbread. End your meal with some Chocolate Ibarra Cake with Cajeta, Vanilla Flan or Tres Leches.
